Why the Central Coast?
We noticed a natural connection between California’s Central Valley and Central Coast. Not only do our employees and agents (collective we) have fond memories of going their as kids but continue to vacation and invest there now. A common theme emerged from our clients that piqued our broker’s interest in exploring the best way to serve our clients’ needs at the coast.
Hence, a new division of Premier Valley Realty was born. Cypress Properties focuses on providing personalized, client focused service with over 20 years of experience.
Cypress is proud to have Kirk Psenner, a Morro Bay resident, and Megan Thompson serving our clients on the Central Coast. Our agents creatively market properties that tell each home’s unique story. Our team of professionals, include videographers, photographers, designers and stagers who showcase the best aspects of our client’s home.
We have a unique understanding of each area within San Luis Obispo County and create meaningful connections with buyers that result in finding the perfect home.
Give one of our agents a call today and enjoy the good life at the coast!

Brian Domingos, Real Estate Broker/Owner
Brian Domingos Jr.’s interest for real estate began in his youth when he was hitting the streets with his grandfather to look at investment property. That interest turned into a lifelong passion after interning at a top real estate brokerage in high school. Since earning his real estate license at the age of 21, Brian has sold hundreds of homes in the Fresno Metropolitan area.
In 2009, Brian launched Premier Valley Realty with the dream of building a real estate company that always puts people first. From a bedroom in Domingos’ home to a large office space in Northwest Fresno, Premier Valley Realty has grown to become a team of real estate agents with one simple goal in mind: To help people start the next chapter of their lives.
An active member of his community, Domingos serves on the Board of Directors for the Fresno State Alumni Association, board member for the Fresno Chamber of Commerce, board member for The Fresno Convention & Visitors Bureau Research and Education, member of the Fresno Association MLS Committee, and as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Clovis (2011-2013). In 2010, Domingos was recognized as one of Fresno’s “40 under 40” by Business Street Online.
Domingos graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Fresno and a master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Fresno Pacific University. During his free time, Domingos can be found with his wife and son at the Central Coast or spending time with friends and family.
Kirk Psenner, Real Estate Agent
Kirk Psenner was a top-producing Realtor with Sotheby’s International Realty in Los Angeles. His sales transactions were over $135,000,000. He represented clients from Hollywood Hills, Los Feliz, and Silver Lake, many in the entertainment industry including Vince Vaughn, Poppy Montgomery and Kyle Minogue.
“Whether you are looking to purchase or sell a home, my well-rounded knowledge and fluency in the entire real estate process brings a distinction to my work. I represent my clients with the care and reverence tantamount to a successful transaction. The sale or purchase of a home is not just about real estate, but about people in understanding and meeting their needs. It is an experience that encompasses many elements and it is tremendously important your real estate agent bring an outstanding skill set to the table in serving you, the client.”
Kirk was born and raised in Fresno. Both parents worked in education and at a young age taught him the values he lives by today; work hard, be honest, do the right thing, give back, and never give up. “Fresno is a great city. I am proud to be back doing what I love.”
Megan Thompson, Real Estate Agent
Megan Thompson has over 20 years combined experience in mortgage, escrow and sales. It’s this behind-the-scenes knowledge about contracts, and the complete home buying process, that makes her invaluable when it comes to property transactions. “Some people think real estate is only about selling and buying. For me, it’s about helping make dreams come true, being a trusted resource and building lifelong relationships.”
Megan’s roots run deep in the Central Valley. She comes from a farming family and was born and raised in Fresno, Ca. She loves that Fresno is located in the most productive agricultural region in the world, with many farmers’ markets and their wide variety of locally grown fruits and vegetables. Megan spends her free time with her three children, as a Master Gardener with The University of California Cooperative Extension in Fresno County and with the Fig Garden Woman’s Club.
